Nolan Olsen has spent nearly 15 years providing strategic advisory, business development and capital raising solutions to alternative investment managers in the United States and Europe. Since 2004, Nolan has raised ~$4 billion of AUM for investment vehicles across real assets, private credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate and hedge funds. The fundraising expertise and extensive institutional investor network that Nolan cultivated while tirelessly working for global asset managers laid the foundation to create an independent consulting and marketing firm. As the founding member of Langschiff Capital Partners, Nolan personally addresses the business development and asset gathering needs of each of the managers with whom he partners.
Previously, Nolan was a Director at Deutsche Asset Management focusing on Private Equity Strategies and before that, he led the fundraising efforts in North America for the Alternative Products Group at Van Eck Global. At Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Nolan spearheaded global asset raising for the equity long/short sector funds at FrontPoint Partners as well as the Traxis Global Macro Fund, which was managed by the global investment strategist, Barton Biggs. Nolan graduated from Saint Lawrence University with a BA in Economics and Government. He received the CAIA designation in 2004 and is Series 7, 63, and 24 registered with FINRA.
